Definitions

“CLI”, “we”, “company”, “us”, “our” means Car Leasing International Ltd. a limited trading company registered in Burgas, Bulgaria with identification and VAT number BG205364593.


Notice

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or requesting the services made available to you via our website as they include important information about your rights and obligations!

By placing a booking at this website, the client is presumed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with them, please do not use our services!


General

1. CLI cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by road works, accidents on roads, traffic interruptions, weather conditions or vehicle mechanical failure.

2. We do not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

3. The driver will travel by the route considered most appropriate on the day, taking into consideration various circumstances.

4. We advise customers to plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to their flight departure. The purpose of this is to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to the airport. CLI will not take responsibility for missed flights if two hours check-in time was not allowed.

5. All vehicles are covered under a comprehensive insurance policy, as required by Bulgarian law. Whilst every care is taken, customers' luggage is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers should therefore check their own travel insurance.

6. No responsibilities are to be accepted if passengers do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

7. The company reserves the right (and delegates to its chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who shows signs to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to be a threat to the chauffeur, the passenger/s or the vehicle.

8. CLI reserves the right to refuse carriage of animals which were not agreed at the point of booking. All animals must be secured in a suitable transport box/crate. The customer should always ask for permission to bring an animal prior to booking. The company accepts no responsibility for costs incurred from a failure to abide by these terms.

9. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed. However, luggage which in the opinion of the chauffeur amounts to an extra weight will not be carried.

10. To avoid missing a scheduled trip, customers should not leave the pickup location without first communicating with us on +359895177678.

11. Customers will be held responsible for any damage to vehicles, fittings or equipment, through misconduct or negligence of the customer/s carried therein.

12. A 15 minute grace period is allowed on ordinary pickups other than at airports or stations. Waiting time after this time is calculated retrospectively to the original pickup time at the relevant waiting time fee. Free waiting time is allowed at airports, railway stations and bus stations in case of delayed flights or journeys. The trip can be regarded as "canceled" if the client fails to appear for a long time after the delay.

13. If the customer does not appear at the place designated as the pickup point after the grace period, all deposits paid will be non-refundable. We allow 60 minutes free waiting time at airports after landing. 30 minutes free waiting time after train or bus arrival is allowed at stations. After that period additional parking and waiting fees apply.

14. Although we do our best to satisfy our customers, even if they are late, we will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their journey if they fail to arrive at the pickup location 30 minutes after the specified pickup time for ordinary trips other than airport or station transfers.

15. The Company reserves the right to use an approved affiliate carrier to fulfill any booking should we deem it appropriate.
